Routes

From the complaint to the right department and doctor, with that doctor's hours. Reads it back before sending.

Reminds

WhatsApp reminders 48 hours, 24 hours and 2 hours before. Patients reschedule by replying.

Routine? Pluxo handles it.OPD bookings, timings, fees, directions.
Clinical or unusual? Your staff. They get a WhatsApp with the transcript.

What callers ask a hospital, and what they hear back.

"Which doctor should I see?"It listens to the complaint and names the right department and doctor. Acidity goes to the physician, not cardiology because the word "heartburn" has "heart" in it.
"Is Dr. Rao in on Saturday?"Each doctor's own consulting hours, so it never offers a time a doctor doesn't sit, and says the weekday out loud to avoid mix-ups.
"What is the consultation fee?"Read from your fee settings for that doctor. It never quotes a number from memory.
"Can I see the doctor online?"Video consultation hours stated separately from OPD hours, if your doctors offer them.
"I need to speak to someone."Your desk is alerted on WhatsApp with the details, or the call is transferred where you set that up.
"My father has chest pain."Emergency first: it tells the caller to go to emergency or call 108 before anything else.

Pricing and setup, worked out with you.

Hospitals differ in departments, doctors and call volume, so we price after a short call. Setup is planned and quoted the same way.

  • Departments and doctors on the line
  • Your busiest hours and monthly call volume
  • How your call centre and front desk work today

Quick answers.

Does it replace our call centre?
It doesn't have to. Most hospitals use it for the overflow, lunch hours, nights and WhatsApp, and the team reads every transcript the same day.
We have dozens of doctors. Does that work?
Yes. Each doctor has their own hours, fees and department. Pricing depends on your departments, doctors and call volume, so we quote after a short call.
Does it connect to our hospital information system?
Not today. It books into each doctor's calendar (with Google Calendar sync) and sends every booking and request to your team on WhatsApp.
How is it different from an IVR?
An IVR plays a menu and waits for a key press. Pluxo listens to the caller in their own words and finishes the booking. There is a fuller comparison in the guide below.
What about no-shows?
Every booking gets WhatsApp reminders 48 hours, 24 hours and 2 hours before, and patients reschedule by replying.
What if the caller's phone has no WhatsApp?
It asks whether the number they are calling from is on WhatsApp. If not, it takes another number, reads it back, and the details go there.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia. It follows the caller if they switch.
Do we keep our number?
Yes. Forward it to Pluxo, all the time or only when nobody answers within about 15 seconds. Undo it any time.
