Booking a first session takes courage. Make sure someone answers.
People often call a psychiatrist or counsellor after weeks of putting it off. Pluxo answers gently, in their language, books the session and keeps everything private. A caller in crisis is pointed to urgent help first.

What does an AI receptionist do for a psychiatry clinic?
Answers your psychiatry or counselling clinic's calls and WhatsApp gently and privately, in the patient's language, books sessions and sends crisis callers to help first.
Where the calls slip through.
- 01
A first-time caller gathers the courage to phone, gets no answer, and does not try again for months.
- 02
Callers do not want to explain why they are calling to a front desk with other patients listening.
- 03
"Is it online or in person?", "How long is a session?", "Is it confidential?" are asked before almost every first booking.
- 04
Weekly therapy sessions slip when nobody confirms them, and progress slips with them.
- 05
Late-night calls go unanswered at the hours when people most need to reach someone.
Built for how a psychiatry clinic actually runs.
Crisis callers to help first
If a caller talks about harming themselves, it gives Tele MANAS (14416) and emergency numbers before anything else, and alerts your team.
No reason asked
It books the session without asking why. The caller can share as much or as little as they want.
Online or in person
In-person and video sessions are offered from their own hours, and the caller picks.
Confidential answers
It explains your confidentiality policy in the words you set, so the caller hears it before they book.
Sessions confirmed
Weekly and fortnightly sessions get a WhatsApp reminder with a reply to move the time.
In the caller's language
Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil and more, switching when the caller does.
A psychiatry clinic call, start to finish.
An example with a made-up clinic. The caller speaks English.
- Pluxo
Hello, this is MindSpace Clinic's AI receptionist. This call may be recorded. How can I help?
- Caller
I want to book a first session. Can it be online? I'd rather not come in yet.
- Pluxo
Of course. Dr. Kapoor has an online session on Wednesday at 7 pm. It is 50 minutes, and everything you share stays with the clinic. Shall I send it to your WhatsApp?
- Caller
Yes, that works.
- Pluxo
Sent. Tap it to confirm. If you ever feel unsafe before then, please call Tele MANAS on 14416, any time.
11 languages, and it follows the caller.
The receptionist speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. It answers in the language the patient starts in and switches if they do, so a caller who opens in Hindi and drifts into Kannada is never asked to repeat themselves.
You choose which languages your clinic offers and which one it greets in. A clinic in Pune might greet in Marathi and offer Hindi and English. A clinic in Bengaluru might offer five.
One published price, minutes included.
Core is ₹2,999 a month plus GST. It includes 250 AI call minutes every month, unlimited WhatsApp, reminders and follow-ups, and your first doctor. There is no setup fee and no commission on bookings.
Paying for a longer term takes 8 percent off quarterly and 20 percent off yearly. Extra doctors start at ₹999 a month each and get cheaper as the team grows. If a busy month uses more than the included minutes, top-ups cost ₹5.50 to ₹7.50 a minute depending on the pack, bought ahead from the dashboard.
Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page, which also works out the total for your number of doctors and term. For how this compares with other tools sold to Indian clinics, see the AI receptionist pricing guide.
Where it stops, on purpose.
A receptionist that oversteps is worse than one that misses a call. These are the lines Pluxo does not cross.
- It does not give medical advice, a diagnosis or a dose, even when a caller insists. It says the doctor will look at it properly and offers a slot.
- In an emergency it tells the caller to hang up and call their local emergency number, before anything else.
- It does not read out reports or approve prescription refills. It notes the request and your team follows up.
- It never offers a time that is not in a doctor’s real schedule, and never double-books.
- It does not pretend to be human. It says it is the clinic’s AI receptionist in its first sentence.
- It does not quote a price you have not given it. Anything it cannot answer goes to your team on WhatsApp, with the conversation attached.
