AI Receptionist for Fertility Clinics

Fertility care runs on dates. The front desk has to keep them.

Couples call with questions they find hard to ask, and treatment depends on scans on exact days. Pluxo answers in their language without judgement, books the consult, and keeps cycle-day appointments where they need to be.

The problem

Where the calls slip through.

First-time callers hesitate, and an engaged line is enough for them to try elsewhere.

"How much does IVF cost?", "What tests do we both need?", "How many visits?" asked again and again.

Scans that must happen on a specific day of the cycle are hard to fit around a busy desk.

Couples prefer WhatsApp to a phone call for these conversations, and messages wait for hours.

Evening and weekend enquiries reach nobody.

How Pluxo solves this

Built for how a fertility clinic actually runs.

Calm, private answers

It answers from your clinic's information, never pushes, and asks only what it needs to book.

Date-specific scheduling

Appointments that must fall on a particular day are offered on that day, from the doctor's real schedule.

WhatsApp first

Many couples would rather type than talk. Every enquiry gets a reply in about a minute, any hour.

Costs explained honestly

It shares the consultation fee and package information you publish, and says the doctor confirms the plan.

Speaks the patient's language

English, Hindi and nine more Indian languages.

Hands over with context

Anything personal or medical goes to your coordinator on WhatsApp with the conversation attached.

How a call goes

A fertility clinic call, start to finish.

An example with a made-up clinic, on WhatsApp late in the evening.

  1. Patient

Hello. We've been trying for two years. What is the first step, and do we both need to come?

  2. Pluxo

Hello, this is New Hope Fertility's AI receptionist. The first step is a consultation with Dr. Nair. The clinic recommends both partners attend. Saturday at 11 or Monday at 5 are open.

  3. Patient

    Saturday at 11 please.

  4. Pluxo

Booked for Saturday at 11. I've sent the clinic's list of what to bring. You'll get a reminder on Friday.

  5. Your team

The coordinator sees the booking and the conversation, and nothing else was asked of the couple.

Languages

11 languages, and it follows the caller.

The receptionist speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. It answers in the language the patient starts in and switches if they do, so a caller who opens in Hindi and drifts into Kannada is never asked to repeat themselves.

You choose which languages your clinic offers and which one it greets in. A clinic in Pune might greet in Marathi and offer Hindi and English. A clinic in Bengaluru might offer five.

What it costs

One published price, minutes included.

Core is ₹2,999 a month plus GST. It includes 250 AI call minutes every month, unlimited WhatsApp, reminders and follow-ups, and your first doctor. There is no setup fee and no commission on bookings.

Paying for a longer term takes 8 percent off quarterly and 20 percent off yearly. Extra doctors start at ₹999 a month each and get cheaper as the team grows. If a busy month uses more than the included minutes, top-ups cost ₹5.50 to ₹7.50 a minute depending on the pack, bought ahead from the dashboard.

Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page, which also works out the total for your number of doctors and term. For how this compares with other tools sold to Indian clinics, see the AI receptionist pricing guide.

What it does not do

Where it stops, on purpose.

A receptionist that oversteps is worse than one that misses a call. These are the lines Pluxo does not cross.

  • It does not give medical advice, a diagnosis or a dose, even when a caller insists. It says the doctor will look at it properly and offers a slot.
  • In an emergency it tells the caller to hang up and call their local emergency number, before anything else.
  • It does not read out reports or approve prescription refills. It notes the request and your team follows up.
  • It never offers a time that is not in a doctor’s real schedule, and never double-books.
  • It does not pretend to be human. It says it is the clinic’s AI receptionist in its first sentence.
  • It does not quote a price you have not given it. Anything it cannot answer goes to your team on WhatsApp, with the conversation attached.

No. It never gives medical advice. It books the consult and passes medical questions to your team.
