Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how customers may use the Pluxo platform, operated by Clevora AI Private Limited (CIN: U62099KA2025PTC201284), and their generated websites. This AUP is part of and incorporated into the Pluxo Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
The Service may only be used to create and operate websites for legitimate healthcare practices operating in compliance with applicable laws. This includes clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centres; individual medical practitioners (doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, etc.); allied healthcare providers (diagnostic labs, pharmacies, wellness centres); and veterinary practices.
3. Prohibited Content
You shall not use the Service to publish, display, or distribute: False or misleading healthcare claims: • Claims of medical qualifications, certifications, or affiliations that are not held • Guarantees of specific medical outcomes or cures • Advertisements for unproven, unapproved, or banned treatments • Misrepresentation of success rates, patient outcomes, or testimonials • Comparative claims against other practitioners without factual basis Unlawful content: • Content that violates any applicable Indian law • Content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties • Defamatory, abusive, or harassing content • Content promoting discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, disability, or any protected characteristic Harmful content: • Malware, viruses, or malicious code • Phishing or social engineering content • Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
4. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not: • Create generated websites for non-healthcare businesses • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written authorisation • Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Pluxo's systems • Use the booking system for non-medical appointment scheduling • Use the WhatsApp receptionist to send marketing messages without patient consent • Collect patient data beyond what is necessary for appointment scheduling • Share patient data collected through the Service with unauthorised third parties • Attempt to access other customers' data or generated sites • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Pluxo's source code • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
5. Healthcare Advertising Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your generated website complies with applicable healthcare advertising regulations, including: • Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002 • Dentists Act, 1948 (advertising restrictions for dental practitioners) • Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (prohibition of misleading advertisements) • Applicable state-level medical council regulations Pluxo makes reasonable efforts to generate content that aligns with general healthcare advertising norms, but the customer bears ultimate responsibility for compliance.
6. Enforcement
Pluxo does not proactively monitor all content on generated sites but reserves the right to review content when a complaint or takedown request is received, when automated systems flag potentially violating content, or when Pluxo otherwise becomes aware of a potential violation. Upon discovering a violation, Pluxo may issue a warning, remove or disable specific violating content, suspend the generated site pending resolution, terminate the customer's account without refund, or report the violation to appropriate authorities. Customers who receive 3 or more substantiated violations within a 12-month period will have their accounts permanently terminated.
7. Appeals
Customers may appeal enforcement actions by contacting legal@pluxo.ai within 15 days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.
8. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@pluxo.ai with the URL of the content at issue, a description of the violation, supporting evidence (screenshots, links), and your contact information. Pluxo will acknowledge reports within 2 business days and investigate promptly.
9. Changes
Pluxo may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers at least 15 days in advance.
