Doctors are charged with Get Found, not Core: Core costs the same for any number of doctors. With Get Found the first doctor is included, then ₹999 each for doctors 2 to 5, ₹699 for 6 to 10, ₹499 after that.

Extra minutes, only if you need them, are added from the dashboard and never expire. You're alerted before you run low, a call in progress is never cut off, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

Longer terms take 8% to 20% off Core. Get Found and doctors are charged at their monthly rate on every term. Bonus minutes are added up front.

After cancelling, service runs to the end of your paid term and your data stays downloadable for 90 days.

Does Pluxo make outbound calls as well as answer them?
Yes. The same agent answers inbound calls and WhatsApp and makes outbound calls: enquiries from your ads and website called back and booked, appointment reminders, missed visits rebooked, and reviews or check-ups the doctor advised.
Can Pluxo call back the enquiries from our Meta and Google ads?
Yes. Enquiries from meta (facebook and instagram) lead forms, google ads lead forms and call extensions, your website and landing-page forms, whatsapp click-to-chat ads, practo, justdial and other directory enquiries reach Pluxo as they come in. Each person is called back within minutes, in their language, about what they asked for.
How does Pluxo keep outbound calling within the rules?
It makes only service calls a person asked for: a call back on their own enquiry, or a call about their own care. It says it is AI first, makes no offers or outcome claims, calls in the hours you set, honours every opt-out and records consent. It does not make promotional, bulk or cold calls, which TRAI restricts to registered telemarketers and the NMC's 2026 advertising guidelines do not allow for doctors and hospitals.
I'm already full. Why do I need it?
Full clinics get the most calls and have the least time to answer them. Pluxo handles the patients already calling, so the phone stops running your day.
I already have a receptionist.
Keep them. Pluxo takes the rush hour, lunch, evenings and WhatsApp, so they can focus on the counter.
Will patients mind an AI?
Most just want a slot, and get it in a short call in their own language. It says it is an AI in its first sentence, and anyone who asks for a person is passed to your staff.
What if it gets something wrong?
It reads each booking back before confirming. You see every transcript the same day and can fix anything from the dashboard.
What if a patient asks something it doesn't know?
It says your team will confirm rather than guessing, and the question lands in your dashboard's knowledge base. You answer it once and it knows from then on.
Can only some calls go to Pluxo?
Yes. With conditional forwarding your phone rings first and Pluxo answers only if nobody picks up within about 15 seconds, or when you are busy or closed. Or forward every call. You choose, and can switch any time.
Does Get Found post without asking?
Never. Each review reply and post comes to your WhatsApp first. Nothing goes live until you tap Approve.
Will my clinic show up on ChatGPT?
Get Found sets up your profile, site and pages so ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews can find and quote your details correctly. No one can force an AI to recommend a clinic, so we never promise that.
Is my patients' data safe?
It's encrypted and never sold. You can export or delete it from your dashboard at any time.
What if a patient wants a real person?
Pluxo tells them your staff will call back, and sends your staff a WhatsApp alert with the details and the transcript.
How is this different from Practo?
