One calling agent for your hospital, in and out.
It answers OPD calls and WhatsApp, calls back the enquiries your ads bring in, and makes the reminder and review calls your patients need. In their language.

What does an AI calling agent do in a hospital?
It does the calling your front office never finishes. Coming in, it answers OPD calls and WhatsApp and sends each caller to the right department and doctor. Going out, it calls back enquiries within minutes and makes reminder, missed-visit and review calls to your own patients. Anything clinical, a complaint or a VIP goes to your staff with the conversation attached.
A hospital's day, both directions.
Two directions, one agent.
The same voice your callers hear when they ring is the one that calls them back.

Questions hospitals ask us.
The things people type into Google before they call us, answered straight.
Is AI calling legal in India?
Calling back someone who enquired, or calling a patient about their own appointment, is a service call they asked for. That is the only kind Pluxo makes. Cold or promotional robocalls are different: TRAI restricts them to registered telemarketers on 140-series numbers, and the NMC's October 2026 guidelines rule out AI promotional campaigns for doctors and hospitals. Pluxo does not make them.
What does an AI calling agent cost in India?
For a hospital or chain it depends on how many enquiries and calls you get, how many branches, and which languages. We work it out on a 15-minute call and send a clear monthly quote. For a single-doctor clinic, the published plan on our pricing page already includes AI call minutes.
Can it handle many departments and doctors?
Yes. Each doctor has their own hours, fees and department, and callers are routed from the complaint they describe. A caller who says 'chest mein jalan' reaches the physician, not orthopaedics.
Can it call in Hindi and regional languages?
Yes. Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. It answers in the language the person speaks and switches if they do, so a caller who starts in Hindi and drifts into Kannada is never asked to repeat themselves.
What happens in an emergency?
If a caller describes an emergency, it tells them to go to your emergency department or call 108 before anything else, and alerts your team. It never gives medical advice.
Does it replace our call centre?
It can take the overflow, nights, Sundays, the enquiries and the follow-up calls, so your team keeps the calls only a person should take. Most hospitals start with enquiries and reminders.
Telecallers, a lead CRM, or Pluxo?
Most hospitals and chains run the first two. Here is what changes.
Who it calls, and who it never does.
Healthcare calling in India answers to the NMC’s advertising guidelines, TRAI’s rules on commercial calls and the DPDP Act. Pluxo works inside all three.
- People who enquired, about what they asked
- Your patients, about their own appointments
- Patients who missed a visit, to rebook
- Patients due for a review the doctor advised
- Parents when a vaccination is due
- Anyone who asked to be called back, at the time they chose
- Cold calls, or bought and scraped lists
- Promotional or bulk calls
- Discounts, free procedures or limited offers
- Promises about results, or claims to be the best
- Medical advice, diagnosis or reading out reports
- WhatsApp to anyone who did not opt in
