Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of the Pluxo Terms of Service, operated by Clevora AI Private Limited (CIN: U62099KA2025PTC201284), and complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. It applies to all Pluxo subscription plans.

2. Subscription Plans

Pluxo offers three subscription tiers: Starter at INR 7,999 per month, Growth Engine at INR 14,999 per month, and Multi-Location at custom pricing. Plans are billed monthly or annually. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Free Trial

If Pluxo offers a free trial or pilot period, no payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, your generated site will be taken offline. No charges will be applied unless you affirmatively subscribe.

4. How to Cancel

Cancel with one click from your admin dashboard — no phone calls, no retention team, no penalties. You may also cancel by emailing support@pluxo.ai with the subject "Cancel Subscription".

5. What Happens After Cancellation

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle • Your generated site stays live until the end of the billing cycle • After the billing cycle ends, your site is paused (not deleted) • Your data remains safe and exportable for 90 days • You may download all your data (content, patient contacts, appointments, analytics) from your admin dashboard at any time during the 90-day period • You can reactivate your subscription during the 90-day period and your site will be restored instantly • After 90 days, data is permanently deleted (except where retention is legally required)

6. When Refunds Are Available

Service not delivered — if your generated site was never created after payment: Full refund, processed within 7 business days of request. Material service failure — if your generated site is substantially non-functional for 7 or more consecutive days due to Pluxo's fault: Pro-rated refund for the period of non-availability, processed within 15 business days of resolution. Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice for the same billing period: Full refund of the duplicate charge, processed within 7 business days of verification. Unauthorised charge — if you were charged after a valid cancellation was processed: Full refund of the unauthorised charge, processed within 7 business days of verification. Annual plan early cancellation — if you request cancellation within 14 days of the annual subscription start date and have not substantially used the Service: Full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees.

7. When Refunds Are Not Available

• Voluntary cancellation mid-billing-cycle (you keep access until the end of the period) • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (request corrections through your dashboard instead) • Suspension or termination due to violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy • Downtime caused by third-party providers (Cashfree, Gupshup, Vercel) outside Pluxo's control • Downtime due to scheduled maintenance with prior notice • Changes in your business circumstances • Annual plans after 14 days from subscription start

8. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@pluxo.ai with subject "Refund Request" 2. Include your registered email, the reason for the refund, and relevant transaction details 3. Pluxo will acknowledge your request within 2 business days 4. Pluxo will investigate and communicate the outcome within 7 business days Refunds are processed via the original payment method: • UPI refunds: 3–5 business days • Card refunds: 5–10 business days • Net banking refunds: 5–10 business days Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Price Changes

Your subscription price is locked for 12 months from signup. After the lock-in period, Pluxo may change plan pricing with at least 90 days' prior notice. Price increases apply only at the start of the next billing cycle. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the next billing cycle without penalty.

10. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, email legal@pluxo.ai with details. Pluxo will review and respond within 15 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
